Help with motherboard

I have an abit nf7 motherboard and it is continously shutting down.  It beeps and then stops.   I check the Abit eq error log and got this:

Well man you have given so long list of error codes. Anyway, make sure that your CPU fan is working properly and all connections are tight. If this wont solve your problem, try to reassembled your PC after disconnecting every thing including RAM, Precessor, Hard Disk, Power Supply Cable etc. Now clean your Motherboard with pressured air. Dont use any cloth, water or detergent. That instrument is available from any electronics repairing center. You can borrow it for sometime. Remoce the dust from all remaining things. Now connect them in the same way as they are.
Remember if you are new to hardware mantinence then you must ask someone else to do this who has some experience.
Before doing this, goto BIOS setup and select "load optimal settings" and then "save and exit".
