My computer keeps 'blue screening' due to a modem fault I am getting sorted, however, the last time it did this the following came up on my screen

Any idea what this is? I use windows XP professional and a DELL dimension 2400.

It's a link to your updated Modem drivers...is the unit a Scientific Atlanta ? ?

OO! its is yes... it's a Webstar DX100 ... I'm with virgin and am just waiting for my ethernet cable to go with the new modem they have sent, they are phasing out the old one I have as there have been too many problems with people 'blue screening'. I've gone onto the scientific Atlanta web page to update but it never seems to work.... will try again :-)  Thank you
