    I want to run ftp command to upload some files to application.....
    Can we make a batch file for this task ....?

      Why not use a standard ftp application such as for uploading your web files to a website.  I assume you are talking about this kind of upload to an application.  There are plenty of free ones to be had, just google for them.

        Ok let it be, i want to make one batch file through which i can ftp two files in my pc....( excel files )
