svchost - Application Error HELP!!!

Hi All
Can really use some help on this one

This morning I got a svchost - Application Error saying:
The instruction at "0x00401000" referenced memory at "0x00401000". The memory could not be "written"

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

Now ive noticed in other forums there is a few out there who know how to sort this and ive followed a couple of different fixes for this but to no luck as i get so far through the updates and it asks for:

Microsoft Office XP Professional with Front Page Disk

Serched my pack and im still clueless to what this is, tried all the disks in it and got nothing

Does anyone know whats going on with my system...
...or what im doing wrong

as soon as windows open up

OK, you have to be more specific.
Does Windows fully load, and then you're getting the error?
Is computer operable, despite the error?

Yeah windows loads fully but the error appears whilst loading,
I can still use the systems but alot of the time my internet and things like my computer, control panel etc wont open, it usually comes up saying it needs to "debug"
