My husband had some people working on his computer through MSN/sympatico (or whatever) from their site, not his. Now his password won't work and he can't get in to Windows XP. He is able to get the DOS prompt, but nothing works from there. Is there someplace he can phone? Or is there a solution you can tell me about and I can relay it to him?
