Oh, if it's under warranty, I wouldn't even think twice. Take advantage of it.

    and vista is pirated
    so if problem with operating system than there is no use of warranty...
    ....
    so plz guide me that problem is with hardware or os...

    Then you need to get legit and purchase a copy of Vista...
    Or run Linux which is FREE.

    ...or return your computer to its original state by using Dell's recovery partition, or recovery disks.
    We can't advice you on fixing bootleg system.

    OK, so then we just need to know if it is a DOHC or SOHC cam, and we're good to go ;D

      i will shift to linux from vista...

      but can i know problem is because of os..
      or is it some hardware problem...

      so can i decide that whether to call dell representative or not....

      I meant no offense- my second reply was merely in response to patio's- my original one was about how the heck a new computer comes with DOS. Did you not receive a recovery disc?
