about 2fiji.com & autorun.exe

Dear Team,
                   In my pc there are two files named one 2fiji.com & autorun.exe & both are hidden this is not shown & when we use dir /a in command prompt then it shows & these file are present in all my local drive. i think that these all virus .so please tell me how can i get rid of this problem ,i.e. how can we remove these virus ,

please give the solution.
