    sony corporation vgn-fs742 AUDIO NOT PLAYING

     i recently had a virus and since i finished college i didnt need anything on my computer i couldnt re-download so i installed a copy of windows xp and just did a fresh instal deleting everything. now my sound is not working what do i do

      i will try that website again but i have downloaded several drivers and they havent fixed it when i go to my sound it says no active mixers and no active sound play back
