hijack scan , brought up a bho file

i ran a hijack this scan and checking some files ,  there is a ( BHO ) file and it doe's not have good reading , should i take it out , or would you like to have a look at the scan , thank you

thank you , i managed it

i only use google for photo mail and searching , i do not have or want the tool bar or anything i do not need but cannot get rid of it in programs
