Im using an HP laptop with Windows XP, I have tried to fix this problem for over a week now, maybe someone can help me here. When I try to save an image (in any program, from photoshop to internet explorer) the program terminates without any explanation for the sudden shutdown. I have run security programs and eliminated all viruses and adware and am still having a problem. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks for your help!
