I am a computer dummy. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated. I have an HP w/Windows XP. Trend Micro and Spyware are the security.
Problem: Cannot download purchased music from Rhapsody. Every time I try, I get "Page cannot be displayed". Rhapsody support is telling me to "check my browser settings" and "configure my firewall". I don't know how to do any of this. My browser is Internet Exp. And as how to "configure my firewall", I don't have a clue. I've clicked on TrendMicro and Spyware but I don't know what I'm looking for.
Rhapsody isn't being very nice. You'd think they'd at least refund my money for the tracks, but no. They're a big operation and I would think their systems would be compatible with a majority of computers. am I wrong? I am so frustrated!
