    Windows Encountered a problem and needs to close.
    « on: February 08, 2009, 03:41:11 PM »
    I just installed some new ram.  And now I'm getting this notification every time I try and open a folder either via the desktop or even trying to go through My Computer.

    Info from Properties of My Computer;

    System:
         Microsoft Windows XP
         Professional
         Version 2002
         Service Pack 2

    Computer:
         Intel(R)
         Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.53GHz
         2.54 GHz, 1.75 GB RAM

    I know I could probably take out the RAM and the problem would go away... but I want to know what the problem is because I would like to have all the RAM possible.  Note: When I installed the RAM I had to move my DVD drives around due to the size of the bottom one getting in the way of the RAM slots.  So all I did was unplug each swap locations then plug them back in.  Don't know if that has anything to do with it.  Thanks for any help.
