When you first start the game, and try to view servers to join, are you given a list of servers, or a connectivity error?

How long have you waited for a connection before disconnecting diagnosing and repairing?

Do you run p2p programs in the background while playing?

Do you use uPnP or port forwarding or both or neither?
    computer problem?
    mr. hope will help

if you are experiencing an error message, google that message.

Ok, well we will skip port forwarding for now since repairing your connection fixes your problem temporarily.

Do you experience connection issues with the internet or only with games?
Do you connect to the internet through a modem or a router connected to a modem; wired or wireless?

My only suggestion is to try forwarding ports through your router.  There are the ports that WoW and other games use to communicate while playing and downloading updates that your router and/or firewall will block by default.

        Visit this link: http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/routerindex.htm

Find your router in the list and click it.  You will see an alphabetical list of programs and games that commonly need open ports for proper operation.  Find World of Warcraft and follow the instructions to forward ports through your router.  Do the same for any other games if this fixes your problem.

        Keep this spot updated.
