internet antivirus pro

ok guys this keeps poping up on mt computer,i cant get rid of it, it tells me i have about 10 trojans and all kind of other stuff, it keeps trying to scan my cpu. and keeps telling me to register it.
ive tried to uninstall it but it is just hidden now.
NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
