I keep getting message smsc.exe problem windlow will now close What is this from and how do I fix it?

      Krisandara White.....ok ....go to .....
      http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html   and D/L hijackthis V 1.99.1
      save it to your desktop .....
      next  open hijackthis and click scan and save logfile.
      when its done ........... check your desktop to be sure its there ......then post the log here and we can tell you what to remove ....
