hi all new here and haven't built a pc in awhile and due to things i am stuck rebuilding my old one, ok here is there bartom xp-m i bought    http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/K7/AMD-Mobile%20Athlon%20XP-M%202800+%20-%20AXMJ2800FHQ4C.html

now ami right thinking set my multi to 16 and fsb to 133? i was told by a tech savy person that the 2800 actually oc's better than the 3200. your answers are appreciated ???
