the 2 ubs connections in the pc tower ???

the 2 ubs connections in the pc tower have stopped working i have tried my bluetooth and camera in both , any help would be welcome , harry

Check the wiring from the MBoard to the front header.

Did you make any changes before this started?

patio do you mean open up the tower

jj , were do i find device manager and i cant remember any changes

Click Start then Run and type devmgmt.msc

Do you see any yellow question marks, exclamation points or red X's?

i opened all the + signs and none of the above present

Try doing a system restore to before the problem started.

If that doesn't do it, go back to device manager and disable the usb controller. Click the plus sign beside usb controllers and right click each usb controller and select Uninstall.

Restart your computer. They will automatically be reinstalled when you restart.

If neither one of those work, then you have a hardware problem.

cannot system restore because i did a *censored* clean

tried to disable each one and they installed again right away when i got to the mouse one i could not go any further so i turned the tower of they are all bach in

sorry no , what i think i'll do is what patio said and check inside the tower for loose wires etc
