    My task manager is saying I have 55-60 processes running on my computer, my cpu is spiking up and down from 5 to 80. I just did a fresh install and it only shows like 15 processes. My computer is also running very choppey and freezing pretty well anytime I click on anything.

    Also my CPU fan is spinning like crazy and loud all the time.

    First, you say you have 55-60 processes running, then you say you have 15.  Which is it?

    get the HiJackThis software and post the log in generates...

    That way, there's a list of all the currently running stuff on your pc.  :)
