TROJAN VIRUS! PLEASE HELP, ITS KILLING MY COMPUTER!

Someone suggested I come here for help. I somehow got a trojan virus. I keep scanning my computer with AVG, Super Antispyware, malwarebytes,2-squared free, it finds them all, deletes them but everytime I sign back on the computer they are back. I keep getting error messages as soon as I sign on. Does anyone know how I can get rid of these. I have tired everything! Thanks for the help.
