does anybody know what date modified means? i recently found a video on my husbands computer showing last accessed february 17 2009 on it has last date modified august 8 2008. What i dont understand is he told me the file wasnt downloaded until february 17 2009 but shows last date modified august 8 2008. Can anybody explain what this all means?
