HELP HELP HELP HELP!!!!!!!!I CANT OPEN MOST OF MY PROGRAMS!

Every time I try to open my itunes (for example) it just tells me that "itunes.exe has encountered a problem and has to close". I think I might have a virusbut I'm not sure I don't know how to open my programs. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!
