Windows Vista..want to fill in blanks

I want to know how to like,double click on contest forms,etc.,and have windows auto fill in the address blanks.Cant seem to do it in Vista,old computer worked fine,just too hard to have to manually fill in all those contest forms,etc..Anyone help?I also am a computer dummy..plz keep it simple..TYVM>

    Do you have "AutoComplete" turned on in Internet Explorer (if you're using Internet Explorer)?

    Some AV software like Norton has cards & log ins. Careful using IE for auto login if other people use your computer and you don't want them to see sensitive details.
