Telephone calls recorded in print-

I have a problem here--- i would like to know of a system that records calls in print on the computer. the reason i ask is --- i have someone who calls and i want to get what they say in print. i cannot write or type as fast. also when asked for verification i will have it on hand. that way i can say I said this and they said that. -- this way it will keep alot of things straight in this crazy world.---any ideas? Thanks

Doubt there's a speech recognition that could keep up with that...at least i don't know of one.
You may want to consider recording the calls and then transcribing them.
