Ok so I've been told to download this and download that, for malware removal, but hellooooo, I already said that I can't browse the web, but my Internet connection works fine..I can go on AIM and everything...I have to post on this site with my phone, because I can't go the the Internet on my laptop........I used CCleaner  to check the registry and whatnot, and nothing, really shows up. AVG did nothing but track down Trojans and stuff, but nothing changed......

You will have to download (on a friends PC) Malwarebytes and Superantispyware and HijackThis to a USB stick and transfer them to the infected computer so you can run a couple of scans to remove the malware causing your problems....If you have any of these programs on your PC already  try run them in safe  mode.
