I am unable to use my sims 2 clean installer. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall it. I get a pop up window that says this on it: "Application has generated an exception that could not be handled. Process id=0x9f8 (2552), Thread id=0x13e0 (5088). Click ok to terminate the application. Click Cancel to debug the application." Now, I tried clicking on cancel to "debug" the application but nothing happened. I have windows vista and avg antivirus software. I tried turning off the firewall and that didn't help either. What is going on?
