BC, you're totally shooting down the idea. The whole selling point for a camera phone is saving space.   They're both portable, you bring your cellphone with you wherever you go, sometimes you forget your camera, but with a camera built in, no worries.
Can you send photos from your camera to anyone with a camera wherever you both are?
No.
Can you send photos from your camera-phone to anyone with a camera-phone wherever you both are?
Yes.
