factory defaults don't work on Lexmark E323

has anyone had experience with resetting a Lexmark E323 printer to factory defaults? I have tried it according to the Lexmark website as well as their live chat support and I can not get the Address Source to be anything but Manual. I want to get it to automatic so that I get an IP address when I connect it to the classroom network.

DHCP is enabled, but it is overwritten by the address source setting.

OK, fixed it. Turns out it is not the factory defaults I needed, it was the NVRAM that had to be reset.
