adobe photoshop
« on: October 12, 2009, 06:33:16 AM »
when i get sent an email with a photo attached, it opens in adobe photo on my computer, which is fine.  When you click on the arrow to view the next picture, thumbnail images are shown of everything we have recently viewed on the internet.  How can I stop every image we have viewed on the internet being made public?  Anyone help? Thanks

What is it you want to stop - the photo association with photoshop or the thumbnails? If the former, just right-click on an image, choose "open with", choose program,  select the app with which you want it associated and put a tick in "always use this program....".

thank you allan.  It's the thumbnails i want to stop, so every image viewed over the internet is not public to everyone.

I imagine it's a setting within Photoshop options but I'm sorry, the system I'm currently on does not have photoshop installed so I can't check.
