    Is it possible to save a copy of a YOUTUBE video to your HD? If so, how?

      Hi. Yes you can save any video from youtube by means of many methods. One of the easiest of these wats is by browsing this site http://keepvid.com and copying the copy the URL from youtube and paste it in that site then you can save the video to your PC in different formats. Another method is by using some softwares and they are available in google.

        Is it free?  I was just at the site and seem to be struggling with it.  Do I have to download keepvid or just access the site to use it?

            It is free. Just access to that site. Follow the picture:
            As you see in the picture:
            1- Paste the URL of your Vidoe here.
            And from 2 to 4 choose the type of the vidoe that you want (flv or mp4)
