My computer just restarts constantly without getting to desktop

I'm not sure how to get to that point. I managed to get to a command prompt but i pressed F8  Then clicked on something else before choosing a recovery option.

Ok im at that point and it just does the same thing. It says access is denied when i type in the i386

My computer does have a password and it says thats incorrect even though its the correct one.  i just typed enter and it ignored it but could that be the problem?  Was i hacked?   i guess im going to have to reboot it all and lose everything which is a total nightmare i had so much stuff but i have to return this laptop tonight

I think, you're not following instructions. There is nothing there about F8 key.

Once the disk is burned, put it in the machine you want to fix and restart it.
Boot to the CD just as you would with a Windows XP disk.
At the Welcome to Setup screen, press R to enter the Recovery Console.
Choose the installation to be repaired by number (usually 1) and press Enter.

Only way i could get to that page you screenshotted.  The pressing r got me to a different place completely. And that would reboot my system and lose me all my files. That's what i guess i will have to do anyway.

Hi. let's try with Recovery console with command if you have CD windows
-chkdsk /r
and after that with
-fixboot

how do i boot to the cd? what does this mean? when i put the rc cd in, nothing happens
