IGT SLots Game

I got an IGT Slots Texas Tea game that I am trying to install on my computer. It says it installs sucessfully but it will not open. I am going to list the games requirments and then what type of system i have. Can someone tell me if the game is not compatible to my computer.

Game requirments:                                           My Computer

Windows 7/vista/xp                                          Windows Vista Home Prem
Pentium 4 or faster processer                           Intel (r) Celeron CPU E1200 1.60 GHZ
256 MB Ram                                                       Memory 1.00 GB
700 MB free disk space

I was wandering is my Intel compatible to the Pentium.. THanks in advance with help with this

 Celeron should be better than Pentium 4. Your problem might be that you are not running the program as administrator. Right-click on the .exe file and choose 'Run as Administrator' and see if it works.
