Dialing a phone # for what?  Are you using a program such as Skype, which allows you to make phone calls via your computer?

I need a program that will let me Type Numbers into a Keyped onscreen and place a phone call.

I know about Skyp  but wen I went to the web site it says  Phone calls you Pay for.

A fue years ago my Gateway computer had a Dialer Program that looked like a Phone Keypad. And I would Dial Phone Numbers and place phone calls over my 56 k MODEM to say my Aunts House.
And I could talk to her Phone by my computer with a Mic  and here her   with my Speakers.

      This is what I need???

I can't imagine that VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) ever worked worth a hoot on a dialup connection.  Anyway, this is something that requires software designed for that purpose.  So, again, what are you using for this?

I've used Yahoo Messenger for phone calls via PC and it, i.e. the software,  has the number pad feature.  So, that's what I mean, it would be part of the software you use for VOIP.

I had Yahoo iM  and I used it to talk over the net to another computer with my MIC and Speakers.
But I never used it to make Phone calls.

You say it has a Keypad  I never new it.

Please give me a link of the right one??

Talking over the net to another computer with my MIC and Speakers means you have used your computer for phone calls.  It may be a PC-to-PC call rather than a PC-to-phone call, but it's still a way a making a phone call with your computer.

Yahoo Messenger will display the following image when preparing to make a phone call:

Clicking on the small keypad icon (enclosed by a red border in my illustration) will open a keypad panel.  Then, just click on the numbers on the keypad.
