I ran SpyBot under the system administrator login.  I found many problems that had to be removed and chose to remove them.  When I went to restart my computer and log on as the system administrator I received the following:

-Black screen popup that says C:\WINDOWS\system32\command.com
-Another box entitled 16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem and containing the text:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\command.com
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT.  The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications.  Choose Close to terminate the application. (Close and Ignore)

I am able to log on to 3 other accounts on the computer that function properly, however the system administrator receives this prompt, as does another login.  I am unable to restore settings to an earlier date because of this.  I am running Windows XP and have a DELL.

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide!!
