Windows Vista viewing 6 windows and 2 partial as main page

When I turn on computer it starts with 6 windows logos and continues loading them and I can click with any of them because there are 6 pointers also. When I try to restore or any thing I cannot because I can't move the norton 360 page to get to the select button. RRRrrrrrrr. Please help me. I am on my desktop right now because I cannot do anything on my laptop.
