FireFox Spyware?

I am going to run a Full Scan of McAfee now. Not sure why but everytime i browse a web page, it takes me to a different page or automatically opens a new tab by itself.

Was running CA-Security, I uninstalled it and now have McAfee , and I ran in Safe Mode Full Scan. Detected 4, and removed. I now have another problem with my Laptop LCD Monitor and cannot continue. Everyhing is blurry and I cant see anything at all. Been like this for a couple months, I'll have to go buy a new one @ frys

Turns out they dont sell any parts, but yes I'll let you know in a week or two
