I'm Trying to create a spreadsheet that will automatically change the color of the cell depending on the value of the cell. For Example: 1-10=Red, 11-20=yellow, and 21+=green. Does anybody know how to do this

Since you did not say what version of Excel you're using, I can not give specific instructions. But, Conditional Formatting is the technique you need to apply here.  Try using the Help in Excel to find info on Conditional Formatting.  Or, this should help: http://www.digitalsurvivors.com/archives/000351.php.  Post back if you still need help.
