    Lexmark X73 problem
    « on: March 20, 2010, 09:36:53 AM »
Yes, this old printer is still going. First ever problem was in the last week. I've had it for 10 years, but have used it only sparingly through the years.

I'm getting a paper jam automatically when attempting to print. I haven't pulled the whole thing apart to look for something, but I do not see anything that could be jamming it. Could this mean my cartridges are totally dry? Or is there something much more wrong here?

    Thanks in advance!

Empty cartridge won't cause a jam.  Look for a small piece of paper caught inside.
