    Can anyone tell me how to turn the touchpad back on after somebody decided to press some keys but cannot remember which keys ||!!!!!   Its a GATEWAY laptop..

      Hi Allan.
      Folowed the link only in mouse properties there is no Device Setting option . All the boxes relate to the HID mouse. If I disable the mouse I,m taking a chance whether the touchpad is then usable.

      try Fn+F9.
      I was trying to dereference Null Pointers before it was cool.
