    I've been told Safari was A good one to use, what do you think?

    Can you clarify your question? Best for flash? What does that mean?

    Best browser to run flash games and view online media smoothly or what?

      It really depends on the computer hardware rather than the browser, however I have found Chrome to be the weakest at flash items.
      When I use (i.e.) youtube, I always use Firefox, rather than my default Chrome.
      Worth a try.
