Thank you for you responce,Fornately for me I remembed that I forgot to install the drivers for the mouse,Now it works perfectly.mac7

Must be a pre-Windows XP OS.

If a mouse does not seem to respond, wait until Windows detects it or prompts you for the drivers. This is normal behaviour.
