All looks okay:
Bus Speed - 200MHz
DRAM Freq - 375MHz (CPU/8; 3000/8=375)
PC2-6400 - 400MHz (2*200MHz Bus Speed)

Why you got the message "'Overclock failed reset to default values" is a mystery, but BIOS has been reset to 800 where it belongs.  If you still get BSOD's, test the memory.

    Thanks for that CC. I did get a further BSOD, but this occured whilst I was away from the PC. The first I knew was with a message that 'Windows had an unexpected error & closed etc.' It had restarted & said there had been a BSOD, & overclock failure. Again I have not done anything except set BIOS to default settings. However I have had no further episodes since. Alexma

    It could be a ram compatibility issue..



    Corsair is only supported in 1 Gigabyte  & 512 Megabyte modules..  See compatibility list for your board...
