Outlook Web Access - Signature Problem

We have some users who use Outlook Web Access.

When trying to save a signature in OWA, a couple of users find that OWA acts as though the signature has been saved but doesn't actually save it. This ojnly affects a couple out of dozens of users. So, I assume it is PC specific.

Can anyone throw any light on this one please?

How big is the signature as compared to the others? What version exchange are you using and what version IE are your users using?

are they remembering to add the signature to the emails?

Within Options, in the Messaging Options section, select the Automatically include my signature on outgoing messages check box.

Click Save and Close

Hi,

We use exchange server 2003.

The user was doing all the right stuff but it wasn't working. I bumped her up to administrator status and tried again. This time one of those messsages appeared at the top of the signatures window saying that an activeX control wanted to be installed. I allowed this and hey presto! the signature saved.... Interesting.

The problem has now moved on to the length of signature. The user gets a message telling her that the signature is too long when she saves it. The maximum number of characters it will allow before the signature triggers this error appears to be around 100 characters.
