How to make Microsoft Outlook a default mail hdl?

How to make Microsoft Outlook a default mail handler??I am using Outlook express and i want microsoft outlook to be my defalt mail cliet.Ih ave tried eveything but still no use.BTW don't tell me that i will get a dialog box which ask me to make my outlook a defaut mail client when i opne microsoft outlook as i have unfortunatly uncheck it not to ask me again. If its for only one computer i would have reinstall the application but i have quite a lot no. of computer so........
Can anybody help me??? ???

    I guess that does not solve my prb. I need the to have the message box to pop up.anyways thx

      I think the message box would only pop up if you changed which application you're using?
      What are you trying to achieve as an end result?
