    Hi guys long time since I posted but I have A problem, I seem to be having A windows Installer problem saying when I try to download Windows live messenger that the Windows Live Install isn't installed correctly and get The Error x80070641 I've been looking for solutions but they all seem complicated and I don't want to follow them incase I make A mistake is there any simple solutions that I can follow?

    If I need to add more about my problem I'l try and give you more detail,

    Trying to find answers using the code is really difficult as they are generally not meant for us to work out.
    Couple of questions though,

    Have you got this installed already?
    Did it not already come with your windows package?


    If you already have it, uninstall it, then re-install.

      Thanks for the Having the time to reply, Im not sure if It's installed I trying downloading Windows Live Messenger on Safe mode and it says that it Isn't installed correctly, And when you said Uninstall it did you mean on add/remove programs if so I don't see it on there unless your talking about Windows Live Upload tool?
      Or is there another way of Uninstalling it, Sorry if this sound complicated.
