Please help!
I (or someone else) apparently downloaded a virus from somewhere. There is a box that pops up about every 2 minutes and lasts for about 5 minutes.
In the heading it says "brightness/contrast" and flashes between 3 options: exit, brightness and contrast. The mouse arrow just goes behind it and I'm unable to get rid of it or stop it.
I ran Avira and it turned up nothing. Any suggestions on what I should do? I'm panicking as I have a report to get done for tomorrow and this is distracting me to the extreme. Thank you for your time.
