    i have just replaced my hard drive an i install my systems disk an my first recovery disk then im ask to install disk 2,when i do this the cd player looks at it an then ask for the disk again,this is a acer veritron,need help cant get any from acer

    Was your old hard drive still working when you removed it?  Does it still have the OS on it?  If so, did you consider cloning the old drive to the new one? 

    If you can't do this, I suggest you visit https://secure.tx.acer.com/RCDB/Main.aspx?brand=acer and get a recovery disc.  I think they can be obtained; you probably did not persevere enough when trying to get support from them.

    What are these recovery discs and from where did you get them?

      no the old hard drive had quit working,so acer sent me the new one,i installed it,the started having this problem,i did order the recovery disk from acer for this system
