Problem Loging in to Win Scp

Hi I am having trouble editing my website because i cannot log on to win scp.
I know that the password is correct and i am logging on the same way that i have done for the past 3 months .
Here is the error message i keep getting:

Could not retrieve directory listing
Can't open data connection.

Can anybody shed some light on what the problem is or how to fix it ?

Sounds like a firewall problem.

If you are using a router login and look for how your FTP settings are setup.
