When i download stuff no matter were... i usally download at 245 kb to 280 kb and for some reason i been only downloading at 60kb to 75kb and sometimes 40kbs and i dont know why...


I have another pc here and it downloads at 280kbs so i know its just me

any ideas to see why this is happening

Well, you guess wrong. You are using a service that you have not paid for without the permission of the account holder. Their (stupid) failure to secure the service does not excuse or cancel your theft.

So in that quote from you, that word beginning with 's', the second from the start, I must be dreaming when I think it is 'stealing'? You might as well say "the supermarket does not padlock the goods to the shelves so taking them is not stealing."
