New virus

I have a new virus, script... i think. I can't creat a new file in every folder... i scanned with Avg 9.0, bitdefender, kaspersky, nod32 scan online. i can't download with Utorrent nothing because it say's "Acces denide...", sometimes i can't delete or arhivate something And most importent CAN'T  make any download on strongDC or utorrent

this virus blocked a port and by that port i was doing the transfer but if it's blocked. now nothing...i Think...

try and go to and complete below and post the 3 logs , you can re-name hjt to snipper.exe to run it and mbam to anything and run it
