I have a DELL computer with windows XP Home Edition. i also have three user accounts on it. days ago while online, i was prompted to clean out my local disk so i run a clean up. a while later my computer froze when it can back everything was not functioning. my taskbar disappeared, my start menu had nothing on it. my desktop had some file and programs on there but was unable to run or open any of them. any time i tried a box will pop up saying the application confriguration is incorrect. my other user accounts also disappeared but my files and documents are still there. can anyone please help me out here?!
